Earlier in April, I presented our Government-as-a-Platform project to the Hamburg delegation. Our goal is to support crisis management using digital platforms, with a focus on the Ukraine refugee crisis to test and improve the interactions between different stakeholders involved in the crisis. This project not only aims to boost the public sector’s resilience but also to create public value to the society as a whole.
