I recently joined Tatjana Hödl and Nick Lüthi on the Debunking Information Systems podcast – my very first time doing something like this. Especially, speaking in German (which still makes me cringe to hear) publicly was well outside my comfort zone.
But I’m really glad I did it.
We talked about the use of AI in peer review. Both the uncomfortable realities and the design opportunities. And broader questions about research, integrity, and what kind of systems we want to build as a community.
I also shared a bit about my work on information systems for public value, and how my focus has shifted from blockchain research toward humanitarian tech and misinformation.
