A weekend project:

I accidentally turned a workshop discussion on interdisciplinary and cross-sector collaboration into a web app after realising how many projects start with enthusiasm, but little alignment on goals, expectations, responsibilities, or ways of working.

Over the weekend, I (and Claude 😁 ) turned it into a simple web tool.

It’s intentionally lightweight, but could be useful if you’re setting up collaborations across academia, industry, or government.
